Clinic Receptionist - Full-time - AMH Family Practice Clinic
AMH Family Practice Clinic Receptionist
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday and every 5th Saturday morning
Reports To: Clinic Manager

Position Summary:
Working with the public in person and on the phone, registering patients, scheduling appointments via phone, insurance, and data entry, filing, general office duties, assisting nursing staff when necessary, including pulling medical records and other duties as assigned.

Will be required to travel to satellite clinics in Tilden, Elgin, Clearwater, and Orchard as needed. Mileage reimbursement included.

Must be organized, able to prioritize, work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, have keyboarding and computer proficiency and have excellent communication skills. Knowledgeable about medical records and HIPAA requirements preferred.
